Grammatek has been deeply involved in Icelandic Language Technology from strategic planning to implementation. Our CEO Anna Björk co-authored the foundational report for the National Language Technology Program (2019-2023), implemented by SÍM (Consortium for Icelandic Language Technology).

Grammatek handled the technical project management and implementation details during 2019-2021 and 2023-2024, while also conducting research and development, with a focus on speech synthesis and application development.
